Please allow 1-2 weeks to process and ship prints within the United States. Allow 3-4 weeks for international orders.

You will receive email updates for each completion stage of the order. This includes the completion of processing, shipping, and delivery.

Prints are nonrefundable. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email info@bykriskeys.com as soon as possible attached with a photo of the damaged item for an exchange. Paintings are shipped unframed.
