As a person with a genetic blood disorder, I have a consistent low blood count. I’ve traveled around the world to find natural herbs and flowers to help increase my red blood cell count and improve my overall health. In 2019, I took a trip to Koh Samui, Thailand and discovered the many benefits of the hibiscus flower especially for low iron. After furthering my research during a trip to Oaxaca, Mexico in 2021, I began curating this blend of flowers, fruits, and vegetables that’s the perfect recipe to increase energy and uplift the mind. It’s a colorful, aromatic, and natural product to help you feel more alive holistically.
