In the spring of 2021, I took a life changing art sabbatical to Oaxaca, Mexico. It was the start of a journey that led me begin tracing my family tree. I landed at night arriving to an Airbnb that fit my art aesthetics perfectly. Modern rustic is the name that made every inch of the house the perfect backdrop for my chill vibe painting videos.
