April, Dry Echinacea Flower

Dried Echinacea florals are just as beautiful as freshly bloomed flowers. It’s in its’ dying state that the flower is read y to be prepared for medicine. In this video, we’re slowly painting the flower using earthtones with the Viviva Colorsheets.

May, Dandelion Flower

The Dandelion flower is a beautiful weed that we’ve all seen in our backyards. The greens, flower petals, and root are all medicinal. Dandelion helps to fight inflammation, it’s great for the liver, and it’s a blood cleanser.

June, Peaches

The painting of the month comes from one of my favorite fruits, the peach. Peaches are great for inflammation, heart health, and the skin. I learned that the leaves of peaches are great for jaundice. Pour yourself a tasty glass of peach tea and paint this month’s fruit with me.
